We guarantee that our products are free of defects and are of top quality and workmanship. Our return policy requires the tool to be undamaged and returned in it’s original case with all accessories.  When the item is returned and after inspection, if the item is accepted back we will refund the purchaser minus a 20% restocking fee of the original sale price.
